Ingredients
AP Flour - 1 cup
Baking Powder - 3/4 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Egg - 1 egg
Raspberry Kefir - 1 cup
Vanilla Extract - 1/2 tsp
Raw Red Beet - 1/2 each
Coconut Oil - 1 tbsp + Some for cooking
Method
Blend all ingredients until silky smooth! Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat, add coconut oil and pour batter into the pan, making pancakes as big as you want!
